1. Structure: the protective layers of the chest, back and limbs of the riot suit are made of engineering plastic molded armor and soft energy-absorbing materials, and the guard is made of 2.5mm thick integral aluminum plate and 1 layer of foam;
2. Material: non-toxic flame retardant PA6+PC board (chest and back);
3. Mass: the total mass is 7.72kg;
4. Specifications: riot gear is worn by police officers with a height of 165cm-185cm, and users can adjust it by connecting straps according to their own height:
5. Protection area: chest and crotch ≥0.1m, back ≥0.1m, upper limb (calculated by both limbs) ≥0.1m, lower limb (calculated by both liambs, including instep) ≥0.1m';
6. Structural connection strength: socket strength > 500N, fastening strength of nylon fastener > 7.0N/cm', and connection belt strength > 2,000 N;
7. Impact resistance: Place any protective parts of riot gear on a rigid plane and impact with energy of 120J, and the corresponding parts will not be damaged or cracked;
8. Impact energy absorption performance: Place the front chest and back parts of the riot suit flat on the standard cement respectively, and impact with energy of 100J, and the indentation depth of the cement is 10.3mm;
9. High-temperature stab resistance: put the riot suit in a constant temperature box with a temperature of+55 2C and keep it for 4h.
Stab-proof performance test, the knife tip did not penetrate the protective parts;
10. Stab-proof performance at low temperature: After the riot suit is kept in a constant temperature box with the temperature of-20 2℃ for 4h, the stab-proof performance test is carried out, and the knife tip does not penetrate the protective parts;
11. High-temperature impact resistance: put the riot suit in a constant temperature box with a temperature of+55 2℃ for 4h, then carry out impact resistance test, and the corresponding parts are free from breakage and cracking;
12. Low-temperature impact resistance: After the riot gear is put in a constant temperature box with the temperature of-20 2C for 4h, the impact resistance test is carried out, and the corresponding parts are not damaged or cracked;
13. Flame retardant performance: the duration after surface burning of protective parts of riot gear does not exceed 10S
